- Light wiping down.
- Chemical cleaning (safe)
- Extraction of debris.
- Pack out and storage.
Caution
We take special care of those items that just can't be replaced from the very beginning. These items have sentimental value regardless of the condition. We photograph those items and move them out as soon as possible to dry out and minimize damages. Some of those may be photos, a marriage license, some art work, family heirloom jewelry, etc... Do not let an insurance company, adjuster, or preferred contractor just come in and pack items out for storage without you going over them first.
